O presente trabalho objetiva fazer uma análise acerca da Prisão em Flagrante e a sua natureza jurídica, mormente após a modificação do Estatuto Processual Penal, advinda com a Lei 12.403/2011. Igualmente, a obra traz à baila a divergência de posições sobre o tema.

The analysis of the flagrant arrest and its legal nature in the scope of 12.403/2011 Law
Abstract: The present study aims to analyze about the Prison in Flagrant and its legal status, especially after the change of the status of criminal procedure, happened with the Law 12403/2011. Also, the work brings up the different positions on the subject.
