A necessidade de se buscar, no próprio ordenamento jurídico, um meio de coibir os incidentes e recursos meramente protelatórios, que tanto engessam a prestação jurisdicional e dificultam a efetividade da tutela perseguida.

Abstract

 The need to look for, in it`s owrn juridical organization, a way to restrain the incidents and   resoures merely postponed, that plasters so much the jurisdictional installment and hinder the effectiveness of the tutors pursued.
