Resumo

O presente trabalho tem o condão de analisar a possibilidade da ocorrência de danos morais sofridos pela pessoa jurídica de direito público, abordando, mediante pesquisa doutrinária e jurisprudencial, aspectos gerais dos temas que envolvem o abalo imaterial, destacando que, por se tratar de matéria ainda não pacificada, a reparação civil deve ser averiguada em atenção à situação posta em solução do Judiciário.

The moral damages claimed by the public entity

Abstract: The present work has the power to examine the possibility of the occurrence of material damage suffered by the legal entity of public law, addressing, through doctrinal and jurisprudential research, general aspects of issues involving intangible concussion, noting that, because it is still raw not pacified, civil repair must be ascertained in attention to the situation of the judiciary brought into solution.
