About implementation of public policies by the Judiciary: an analysis of the case law of the Court of Justice of Sergipe

Abstract: This paper aims to examine, briefly, the modern trend of national case-law to admit the public policies control by the judiciary, as well as the role that the judiciary of the state of Sergipe comes playing in this context.
